ARTICHOKE DIP

2 cans artichoke hearts
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
dash Tabasco sauce or cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Drain artichoke hearts and tear into small bits. Mix with remaining ingredients. Pour into a lightly buttered casserole dish and bake until bubbly, about 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot as a dip with chips or crackers.
