BRUCHETTA BREAD

Slice Italian loaf into 1/2 - 1 inch slices. Arrange on cookie sheet (about 12 slices). Put in 350 degree oven 4-5 minutes to toast. Remove from oven.
In a bowl combine:
2 cloves of chopped garlic
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tomato - chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1 small onion - chopped (I used scallion and included the green stem)
Mix the above and spread evenly on the toasted bread.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Broil for 5 minutes.
