FRENCH HONEY BREAD
This is my favorite "everyday" bread machine recipe. (The "old" slices make delicious croutons.) 1 1/8 cup water 1 tbsp. honey 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp sugar 3 cups bread flour 3 tsp. yeast Add ingredients as directed by your bread machine instructions. Bake on regular or quick cycle. (I use regular, medium crust, large loaf.) If using the quick cycle use instant or rapid rise yeast. Wonderful, slightly sweet French bread with a light |
