HONEY WHOLE WHEAT BREAD IN THE BREAD MAKER

Ingredients (listed in the order they should be added to the bread maker):

1 1/8 cups scalded milk
3 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons yeast

Use the dough setting for a 1.5 pound loaf. This takes my breadwinner about 90 minutes.

When dough cycle is finished, remove from breadwinner, shape on a floured board, and set in a warm place to rise. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
