HERBED FOCACCIA

1 loaf frozen bread dough
oregano
marjoram
basil
olive oil
garlic (either fresh or jar)

Thaw the bread dough for about 2 - 3 hours until soft enough to handle. (To keep the dough from drying out brush on olive oil over exposed surface.) When dough is thawed, stretch it until it is about 3" thick and a 5" x 5" square. Brush on olive oil, sprinkle the oregano, marjoram, basil and garlic on top. Bake according to time and temperature on bread dough package. Serve with a plate of "dipping sauce" consisting of olive oil and balsamic vinegar or olive oil with garlic salt and black pepper. Tastes great with risotto!
