HERBED FOCACCIA

1 loaf frozen bread dough
oregano
marjoram
basil
olive oil
garlic (either fresh or jar)

Thaw the bread dough for about 2 - 3 hours until soft enough to handle. (To keep the dough from drying out brush on olive oil over exposed surface.) When dough is thawed, stretch it until it is about 3" thick and a 5
