PEPPERMINT PIE

1 1/2 cup crushed chocolate wafers
1/4 cup melted butter
2 Tbsp. sugar

Mix and press into pie plate. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.

1 Pkg. (3 cups) mini marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
red or green food colouring
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
small whipping cream - whipped

Melt milk and marshmallows in double boiler till smooth. Chill till thickened. Tint with red or green food colouring (for pink or light green mint pie). Mix well. Fold in whipped cream.
Fold in more whole marshmallows (your decision how many)
Decorate top with crushed red or green peppermint sticks.
