RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE

Ingredients:
1 unbaked 9-inch single crust pie shell

2 cups rhubarb, cut up
1 cup evaporated milk of half-and-half
1 cup sugar MIXED WITH 2 tablespoons flour
2 egg yolks
dash of salt

Mix all filling ingredients except rhubarb. Fold in rhubarb. Bake 45-50 minutes at 375 degrees F.
