CREAMY CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

3 small pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup rum
1/2 tsp. rum extract

Melt chips in double boiler. Add milk. Remove from heat. Stir in rum. Chill 2 hours or till firm. Shape into 3/4 " balls. Roll in coating of: chopped nuts, cocoanut, chocolate sprinkles. etc. Chill 1 hr. or till firm. Store covered at room temperature.

Option: Omit rum and use 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract.
