COOKIE CAKE BARS Ingredients (Bottom Layer) 1 box butter yellow cake mix 1 egg 1 stick butter Instructions 1. Melt butter 2. Add butter to egg and cake mix 3. Spread in 9x13 inch greased pan Ingredients (Top Layer) 1 8oz. Cream cheese 2 eggs 1 box powered sugar Instructions 1. Beat together 2. Spread on top of cake mixture At this time, use your own imagination - you can add coconut, nuts, chocolate chips, etc. You can also use a different flavor cake mix (i.e. Chocolate Cake Mix with nuts and Chocolate Chips; Butter-Pecan Cake Mix with Pecans on top; Lemon Cake Mix with powered sugar). Just use your imagination! Just add your ingredients on top and press into cream cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F. for approximately 30 minutes - the top should be golden-brown.
