YORKSHIRE PUDDING 1 Cup Flour 2 Eggs 1 1/3 Cups Milk Pinch of Salt Mix all together, but do not beat. Let stand for at least one hour on the counter. Set your oven for 450 degrees. Put approx. 2 Tbsp. Crisco in an iron frying pan. Put the pan in the oven and let it get very hot (at least 10-15 min.). Pour batter into pan. Bake 20 minutes or till pudding is very high and golden brown. Cut into 6-8 pieces (the pudding will fall when sliced). Serve gravy to pour over your slice.
