CRANBERRY ICE

1 pound Oreos, processed
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 ½ cups cranberry sauce
1 tablespoon Grand Marnier

Press half the cookie crumbs in bottom of plastic wrapped square pan. Using paddle attachment soften ice cream. Add cranberry sauce and Grand Marnier. Cover top with remaining cookie crumbs. Press them firmly into place.

Freeze for six hours and invert it on a plate. Cut into squares and serve.
