FUDGE
4 cups sugar 1 stick butter 1 can evaporated milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 12 ounces Tollhouse chocolate chips 1 jar marshmallow cream 1 cup nuts (walnuts or pecans) Wrap a 9 x 4 pan in foil. Bring sugar, butter and milk to a boil, stirring constantly. As soon as it reaches a boil set a timer for 9 minutes. Boil for 9 minutes EXACTLY. Remove from heat. With electric mixer, beat in vanilla, chocolate chips and marshmallow cream. Stir in nuts. Pour into pan. Source: Andy Benner From Andrea Staggs |
