HOMEMADE STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM

4 eggs
5 cups of milk - or enough to fill the container to the "Fill Line"
2 T Strawberry extract
1 T Almond extract
2 1/2 C sugar
4 cups whipping cream
2 C fresh strawberries - cut up

In a large bowl beat the eggs until foamy. Gradually add sugar, beat until thickened. Add cream extracts and mix thoroughly. Pour into the ice cream maker can. Add milk to the Fill Line. Add Strawberries. Mix well. Add the paddle in the Can and put the can in the machine and process.
