UNCLE TOM'S BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIES Makes 16 brownies 1/2 cup melted butter 1 1/2 cups flour 2 cups dark-brown sugar 2 teaspoons baking 2 eggs powder 1 teaspoon vanilla Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Butter a 9-inch square cake pan. Mix all of the ingredients together, combining them well. Spread mixture in the cake pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until dry on top and almost firm to the touch.
