DICK MACKEY BARS
This is a favorite trail food of veteran musher and Iditarod champion Dick Mackey. 1st layer: 18 graham crackers (crust) 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup melted butter 2nd layer: 1 cup coconut 3rd layer: 1 pack chocolate chips 4th layer: 1 pack butterscotch chips 5th layer: 1 cup chopped nuts 6th layer: 1 cup raisins 7th layer: 1 can of sweetened condensed milk. Mix 1st layer ingredients and press in a 10" x 15" cookie pan. Layer evenly the remaining ingredients on top of crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Cool. Jan |
