CHICAGO CRUNCHY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
3 1/2 cups flour 3 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup margarine 2 tsp. vanilla 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1 cup white sugar 1 egg 1 tbsp. milk 1 cup vegetable oil 1 cup cornflakes (slightly crushed) 1 cup instant oats 12-16 oz. chocolate chips Mix flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl beat butter, margarine, sugar, egg, milk and vanilla until well blended. Stir in flour mixture alternately with oil. Stir in corn flakes, oats, and chips.
