Icing:
1 small carton of fat free Cool Whip
1 small package of Jello Instant Pudding Mix (Vanilla or Lemon)
1 small flat of crushed pineapple

Add 20 oz. can of pineapple, juice and all, to the cake mix. Mix thoroughly, and pour into an ungreased 9 x 13 baking dish. Cook as directed on box.

Let cake cool thoroughly before icing.

Combine Cool Whip, pudding mix, and crushed pineapple, and mix with electric mixer, and spread on cake!
