BLUEBERRY POUND CAKE 1 Yellow Duncan Hines Cake Mix 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 3 eggs 1/3 cup oil 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries Combine first five ingredients and mix well. Fold in blueberries. Bake at 325 for 1 hour or until tests done. *Icing: Mix 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 TBSP. melted butter, 2 TBSP. evaporated milk and 1 tsp. vanilla. Pour on hot cake. *I like this cake without the icing too! Maggie |
