STRAWBERRY SALAD
1 1b. fresh spinach or 2-10 oz. packages
1 pint strawberries
1/2 cup (I add extra) coarsely chopped & toasted pecans (leave a few
whole)
To toast: mix pecans with 2 TBSP. butter in 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes. Stir once or twice. Watch carefully as they burn easily.

Dressing:
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 TBSP. instant minced dehydrated onion
1 cup vegetable oil

Process in blender or food processor and refrigerate until ready to serve.
