EAGLE BRAND SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK - 1 CAN 1/3 cup boiling water 3 Tbsp. melted butter 2/3 cup white sugar 1 1/3 cup instant dried milk powder few drops of lemon juice Put in blender till well mixed.
