CALZONE Pre-made pizza dough (bought or made: see "Great Pizza Dough" recipe) pizza or spaghetti sauce, prepared shredded mozzarella cheese various fillings (pepperoni, sausage, canadian bacon, mushroom, green pepper, onion, etc...) Pat dough into a circle, spread sauce, cheese and toppings on one half of the circle of dough. Fold the other half of the dough over it and pinch the edges closed for a tight seal. Bake on a cookie sheet or pizza stone for 15 - 20 minutes or until the crust is brown. Remove from oven and cool five minutes before serving. Maggie |
