BAKED ONION CASSEROLE
Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam. Spread a layer of sliced onions (Vidalia are best) on the bottom of pan. Next a layer of potato chips (do not crush). Top with a layer of shredded cheddar cheese. Heat to a boil: 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and 1 small can evaporated milk. Pour over layers and sprinkle top with paprika. Cover and bake at 350* for one hour. Yummy! Maggie Morgan |
