I'm a member of the Seventh-day Adventist church. What does that mean, you may ask? Here's a short explaination:

I believe in worshipping (attending church) on Saturday, the seventh day of the week, called the Sabbath, because God made it holy on the 7th day of creation. I've been asked if I'm Jewish when I tell people I worship on Saturday, and I tell them no, because the Sabbath was instituted long before Abram/Abraham was born or called to be the Father of a great nation.


Gen 2: "2 By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work. 3 And God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done." NIV
